Brittany Milligan
Leadership and Program Development Director
Brittany Milligan earned an Associate of Science degree from Fayetteville Technical Community College before transferring to Methodist University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Behavior Leadership. Raised in Fayetteville, she is passionate about investing in the same community that helped shape her journey.
Since 2017, Brittany has served as a business instructor at Fayetteville Technical Community College, where she is dedicated to helping students build confidence, develop leadership skills, and connect classroom concepts to real-world opportunities. She also serves as the Lead Advisor for FTCC’s Future Business Leaders of America, guiding students as they gain professional experience, compete in business competitions, and build meaningful industry connections.
In addition to her work in higher education, Brittany brings extensive professional experience in restaurant management, healthcare management, and customer service. She was recognized as a 2023-2024 Excellence in Teaching Award recipient, honored as part of Fayetteville’s 40 Under 40 class in 2020, and is a graduate of the Cumberland County Institute for Community Leadership.
Brittany is the proud mother of three and remains committed to empowering the next generation through education, leadership, and community involvement.
