Deneen Maready-Jones, from Salisbury, North Carolina, is a recent addition to the NCPBL Professional Division-Foundation Board of Directors. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and currently works for Ahold Delhaize as a Corporate Internal Audit Manager. Deneen has held various positions in Accounting and Real Estate over the last 30 years and is a Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Information Systems Auditor. Deneen also worked for an international manufacturing firm, JM Huber Corporation, for five years and enjoyed traveling domestically and internationally. She is also a licensed North Carolina real estate broker and works part-time for her own firm Maready Realty, LLC.

Deneen became involved with NCPBL in 2018 volunteering to judge during the state conference. She continues to volunteer as a judge and participates on the Scholarship and Fundraising committees. She appreciates seeing the efforts young people put into preparing themselves for competition and their future. Deneen has mentored college students as well and is glad to share the challenges and successes of her career. She believes she can offer support to the board and the organization to help prepare future young professionals.
